Tuesday I finished the session until Monday and then tests are officially on vacation and I am dedicated to cooking! this morning I prepared a lot 'of olives all'ascoalna be put to freeze and pull out when needed! The recipe is very simple and the doses I always look! cmq must affect one side of the green olives and fill them with a paste made by mixing the ground meat and grated Parmesan cheese (more or less considered 300g minced meat and 150 grams of parmesan cheese to fill 700 grams of olives, always better than the 'dough leftovers than not enough because it adds a bit' of salt, chopped parsley, an egg and bread crumbs can turn the surplus into a beautiful loaf!).

pass the olives in the egg, then in bread crumbs, egg again and finally in breadcrumbs after the second breading just turn a bit 'the oil between your hands to compact the breading!
